Mark/Logo: Customer acknowledges and agrees The Mark/Logo that customer is using and has submitted to AIA / Your Logo Promotions for artwork preparation for production (in various forms), has been approved by the licensed holder (Customer) of said Mark/Logo. AIA / Your Logo Promotions accepts no liability from any use of the Mark/Logo.
Art Work: This quote/order is for approved output ready art work, to size; (prefer .eps vector art with PMS colors). Spot colors will be matched to the closest PMS color unless customer wants to pay for spot color @ $50.00 per color. A Black and White artwork approval fax will be sent to customer for their signature. If customer does not have vector art, AIA will create from customers art work @ $80.00 per image. The created vector art file will be returned to the customer for their future use.
Production: Is expected to be 10-15 working days unless customer specifies a “rush order” (charges apply) and the timing and charges for rush orders will be item/vendor dependent. Customers pays insurance and shipping (UPS ground, FOB supplier) unless alternate shipping is specified by customer (Note: we can use your shipping number)
Quantities: We try to ship exact quantities, however, we reserve the right to ship under/over by 5% which will be considered a complete order (except wearables). You will be billed for the exact quantity shipped.
Terms: Payment is due Net 10 working days from date on the invoice. Orders subject to credit approval. Sales Tax is not required on orders shipped outside PA.
