WHO DO YOU TRUST?
Your Logo Promotions cares that what you get from us and give to others is safe and meets the all the Federal Consumer Product Safety Standards.
It is both our reputation and yours!
Your Logo Promotions feels strongly that we have a responsibility to protect both the giver [you] and the recipient.
In 2008, the President signed into law the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act establishing new testing
requirements and limits on LEAD and PHTHALATES:
IN or ON any product intended for a child [defined child as 12 years old or under]
OR that may end up in the hands of a child, even if originally intended to be given to an adult.
There are over 4,000 suppliers in the promotional products industry. We don’t trust most suppliers to be testing at adequate levels. Unfortunately, we estimate that over half aren’t testing at all.
Low cost suppliers and “discount internet distributors” buy in bulk, mostly overseas and are not / cannot be as vigilant about what their factories are doing. To offer “discount pricing” they have to make up the profit somewhere. Cheap is still cheap - but it could also be dangerous. You get what you pay for and you may get more than you bargained for.
Adventures in Advertising is recognized as the national industry leader on product safety issues. As the 8th largest distributor in the promotional products industry, we carry a big stick. We demand from our suppliers and have access to, data on product safety compliance and testing that quite frankly, most of our competition does not. We will only source products for you from suppliers who comply with the CPSIA guidelines.
Our promise to you is that when you ask for a product that may come in contact with the mouth or skin, whether it is going to be used by a child or has a potential to end up in the hands of a child, we will start and end our search with Adventures In Advertising’s “safe” suppliers.
Not coincidentally, they are also the industry’s top quality suppliers.
